I am The online coaching allows one on one work, with a personalized program, depending on the student's level, experience and availability.
The goal of the online coaching is to allow the student to progress at his own pace, with tracking and feedback on a daily basis, all the way to achieve your goals and simply developing within the world of movement.
Ground movement
Connecting and creating a deeper communication with the ground. Divided into 3 layers, floor, locomotion and soft acrobatics
Strength and mobility
Preparing your body for more efficient everyday life movement and physical obstacles
Environmental practice
Using urban elements like rails, walls, stairs, to create a practice that meets physical and mental challenges
Handstand
Handstand skill development from baby steps to one arm handstand, and proper body preparation designed to support the process
Expression and coordination
Developing physical awareness and improving the ability to learn and digest movement with the help of dance oriented and coordinative work
Play
Development of movement intelligence, agility, coordination and more, through playfulness and partner work
